Variation Orders

Council may issue variation orders for the purpose of varying its zoning by-law in accordance with the provisions of The Planning Act and any person may apply for a variation order.

Applications for variation orders in both the Town of Beausejour and Rural Municipality of Brokenhead are submitted to the Brokenhead River Planning District.  Completed application form must be accompanied by any supporting information and/or materials pertinent to the application.  A $ 250.00 application fee is also required at time of application with payment being made to the Brokenhead River Planning District by cash or cheque only.

Variation orders take approximately 4 – 6 weeks from the time the application is made.
