The current development schedule is as follows and is weather dependant:
- August 17-21:
- Complete ditching on Banas Dr and culvert installation (Banas Dr)
- Final granular (gravel) placement (Banas/Carol)
- Complete on-site grading of soil to a rough grade
- August 24-28:
- Final asphalt preparation on all roads and pathways with asphalt paving to follow
- Asphalt paving of Carol Way first followed by Boulder Cres, with contractor to work their way out, and completion likely on the 26th
- Banas Dr would be the end of the paving, starting likely on the 27th, finishing on the 28th.
