Beausejour is the hub for health services in the RM of Brokenhead, serving residents of Tyndall, Garson, and surrounding areas.
Beasejour hosts a 30-bed acute care hospital and an attached Primary Health Care Centre, both operated under the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority (IERHA).

Selkirk Regional Health Centre
Located approximately 25 minutes from Tyndall and Garson, the Selkirk Regional Health Centre is a modern, full-service hospital offering a wide range of health care services under the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority (IERHA).
This facility serves as a regional hub for specialized care, including:

Cemeteries
The RM of Brokenhead maintains two cemeteries:
- Tyndall Cemetery
- Garson Cemetery
The cemetery caretaker, Allan Komadowski, is responsible for grounds maintenance and plot sales.
