Registration and Policies

Registration

The Brokenhead River Recreation Commission now does all of our program registration online through the Amilia software. To register for a program, you will need to create an account. Several family members (children, spouse, parents, etc.) can be included on a single account. For more information about how to register, please read this article.

Once you have an account created you will be able to register for any programs offered by the BRRC in one spot. For more information on how your account works, read this article

Payment Policy

The Brokenhead River Recreation Commission currently accepts payment online during your program registration, payable online by credit card. If a participant has not paid for their class, their spot is not secured. Payments can also be made by cash or cheque made out to:

RM of Brokenhead
Box 1373
Beausejour, MB, R0E 0C0

Cash or cheque payments can be dropped off at the Recration office in the Sun Gro Centre in Beausejour in an envelope clearly labelled with participants name(s) and the program(s) they are attending. Pre-payment is required for ALL classes.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

When registration is below the minimum amount required by the instructor, Brokenhead River Recreation Commission reserves the right to cancel the program.

When a class is cancelled by Brokenhead River Recreation Commission for reasons such as inclement weather, facility issues, or instructor conflict, every attempt will be made to reschedule the class. In the event that classes aren't able to be rescheduled, participants will receive a full refund via the original method, or a credit towards a future class at the registrant’s request.

If participants are unsure whether their program has been cancelled, please contact the Program Director at (204) 268-9266 ext 3, or email recprog@mymts.net.
