Meetings are held generally on the third Wednesday of each month.  Please contact the office to confirm scheduled meeting dates.

Please Note:  Any party wishing to appear as a delegation shall register with the secretary at least five (5) days before the board meeting and advise of the topic and scope of the presentation.
